This isn’t anime but it IS a Japanese product so…
When I first saw this movie, I realized it had NOTHING to do with the Final Fantasy games… Even if I had never played one. That part confused the heck out of me before I was able to accept that movies didn’t have to have anything to do with its original high money rolling name to make another million. Anyway, it was another movie based on humans being a plague and the planet fighting back, blah blah… When in doubt, humans are to blame. Mother Earth rejects you because you kill her other children in mass genocides. End of story.
