The visuals- Absolutely astonishing. The story – It will touch your heart. My beef- There’s no “umph” to it. This is one of those anime movies where you will just acknowledge the fact that you saw it, but nothing more.
It takes place in Victorian England, though slightly more science-fiction. A boy acquires a metal ball containing a new form of energy and must use it to fight evil, save lives, and most importantly, redeem his family name.
